Accounts

Libelium Cloud accounts are limited to customers who own Libelium devices.

Existing customers

Customers who had a Libelium Bridge account with devices linked were migrated to Libelium Cloud. If it is your case, you should have received an email with information about this evolution. If not, you can reset your account using the Forgot Password link you will find on the Libelium Cloud home page and follow the process to establish a new password.

If you have purchased Libelium devices in the past and you did not have a Libelium Cloud account, do not worry. You can contact your sales representative and they will create an account for you.

New customers

If you plan to purchase Libelium devices, your sales representative will ask you for an email to create your account and link the devices you will buy.
