Logs

A list of events about your account and devices related activity.

When you enter this option, a list of all registered events is shown, sorted by date in descending order.

Setting the filters you can look for specific logs, depending on date, the importance of the message, its type, the device that generated it, the connector (if you are using connectors).

Messages types

You can find a brief explanation of each error message by clicking the "i" icon.

Log levels description

Get in mind that a low important level will include the messages of following levels.

So, if you choose to show "Critical" level you will get also messages for "Alert" and "Emergency".

Of course, you can mix different filters to get the log list that best suits your needs.
